DTF Transfer's general information

Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers are full-color heat applied transfers for light and dark garments. They offer versatile application, adhering seamlessly to an array of T-shirt fabrics such as 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, and Poly/Cotton Blends with NO weeding or masking required.

Moreover, they can be successfully applied to diverse surfaces like can cooler sleeves, pillows, canvas, polyester, leather, wood, and beyond. With a full white under base, our DTF transfers ensure complete opacity, enabling vibrant designs to pop on any colored garment. Their soft texture and exceptional durability often outlast conventional screen-print transfers, ensuring lasting quality and vivid impressions.

Digital File Management

When you place an order and upload any custom artwork be it your own or artwork that you purchased from a third party it is saved to our system in a folder labeled with the name of the person who placed the order and uploaded it. That person is the only one those images are made available to whether its for the current print job or a future one.

We do retain the files in that folder just to make printing repeat orders easier but under no circumstances are any images received made available or sold to anyone other than the person who uploaded them with their order.

Most of the ready to press images on our website are purchased a hand full of designers who we hold a licensing agreement with to sell transfers of their artwork. We also have two digital designers who work for us that make some designs we request but they are mostly used to clean up poor quality images that we receive from our customers.

The Gang Sheet builder tool is just to let you know that you may be stretching an image further than its resolution can handle and it's different for each individual image. Each image at creation is set to a certain size and resolution that can't be changed later without graphic design help.

The way the tool works is by giving you a visual que as you make the image smaller or larger.  For example if you insert a large image and down size it the border colors should change and get better as the resolution increases, as you make it bigger the resolution will go down and the colors will move the other way.

This is a result of how big/small you are trying to print the image and how high the resolution was when the creator exported it.

Keep in mind all 300 DPI images are not the same. If I make a image that is sized 24" x 24" at 300 DPI and then down size it to print at 12" then the resolution stays high. If I design the same image at 4" x 4" at 300 DPI and then try to stretch it to 12" then the resolution after I stretched it will not be good anymore.
